"Several weeks ago I fell off. The fall left me with nearly constant intense pain in my right shoulder and my right knee. Within two weeks my shoulder was nearly 100% better. I had to wait longer for any detectable improvement in my knee, but it finally came with just two weeks of scheduled PT sessions remaining. Final results by my estimation: RIGHT KNEE - 100% improved RIGHT KNEE - 75% improved While I would like to have 100% improvement in my knee I don’t expect that to happen. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my efforts and I am very satisfied with the way I was treated at the clinic. Each employee will whom I interacted was friendly and professional. I had to reschedule a couple of sessions and it was absolutely no problem. "A little backstory: I tore my ACL (L) in December 2019 and didn't realize it. Found out in December 2021 that it was indeed torn and needed repaired. So, for two years (+/-) I haven't really participated in many activities because my knee felt like it would hyperextend and with that I feel that my physical shape/ability was pretty bad (overweight, weak, unmotivated). I couldn't run, walk (at a fast pace) or perform any impact activities (sports, trampolines, etc...). Starting physical therapy with Mike, and later with Nick, I felt I had trouble pushing myself to complete the exercises I was being asked to do (I was really out of shape and hadn't used a lot of my leg muscles in quite a long time). However, I still tried to push myself to try and complete these activities without cheating. Over the last 5-6 months, it has been difficult, but I feel that with Mike and Nicks expertise and enthusiasm I have increased my physical ability. The balance, strength and confidence I have in my knee is amazing and I feel I'm am back to 100%. My motivation for personal improvement has significantly increased. I can now participate in the activities that I like most."
