Therapy step-down goals:
- To be good stewards of our patient's insurance benefits and annual therapy limits
- To provide the resources, encouragement, accountability, and time needed for the patient to achieve significant improvement
- To offer increased flexibility for our patients to participate and make positive changes in their overall health
Pre-Operative goals:
- To ease the patient's process of preparing for and participating in upcoming surgical intervention.
- To provide the resources, encouragement, accountability, and time needed for the patient to achieve significant improvement in overall conditioning and strength so they are at their "best" going into surgery
- To improve the patient's post-surgical outcome and overall health by utilizing a combination of skilled therapy and wellness services to provide focused conditioning and general fitness training and education
- To offer increased flexibility for our patients to participate and make positive changes in their overall health

Includes:
- Initial 30 day Gym Membership
$50 ($53.81) C.A.R.E. 2 - Commit to Achieve Rehab Excellence
Includes:
- Additional 30 day Gym Membership
In addition, you will also be scheduled with a physical therapist for 1-2 appointments (to be billed to your medical insurance) prior to your surgery date. You will be treated by the same therapist following your surgery to ensure continuity of care and the best recovery possible.
