How do I get to see physical or occupational therapist?
If you believe you may benefit from physical or occupational therapy, ask your health care provider for a prescription / referral. Our office will schedule an evaluation to begin treatment, usually within 24 hours. As a courtesy, we will assist you with any referral/authorization requirements and bill your health insurance.

If you’re not sure whether therapy would be helpful, let us schedule a FREE CONSULTATION to determine whether our professional staff can provide you with education or treatment to help you.

What is a FREE CONSULTATION?
If you have pain, difficulty getting around, or trouble performing your regular activities during the day, please consider allowing our professionals to perform a thorough examination and determine whether our services would be beneficial for you. You will receive a written report / assessment to take to your health care professional. If therapy services are recommended, you may begin treatment at your earliest convenience. If you wish to receive services through your health insurance we can help you through the referral/insurance process.
